Shipment policy

01Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within Pakistan. Delivery is free on all orders.

02Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 4–7 working days after confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Remote areas, bad weather, public holidays, and busy sale periods can add extra days. These timings are estimates, not guarantees, as delivery is handled by our courier partners.

03Order confirmation

We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order and address before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, your order may be held until it is confirmed, which can delay delivery.

04Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier in cash when your parcel is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can. Couriers may not be able to wait or return later.

You may receive the parcel before paying, but couriers usually do not allow parcels to be opened before payment. If there is a problem with your order after opening, follow our return & refund policy.

05Order updates

For an update on your parcel, contact us with your order number.

06Correct address and phone number

Please enter your full address, city and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect details.

If you need to change your address, contact us before the order is dispatched.

07Failed or refused delivery

If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, or the parcel is refused, it is returned to us and the order is cancelled. We may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from customers who repeatedly refuse parcels.
