Haku Organics

At Haku Organics, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure you are completely happy with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 7–14 days of delivery (customize as needed).
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice) is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


2. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

If your product was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including:

  • Shilajit resin or consumable wellness items

  • Gift cards or promotional items


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
